Rebecca Trembath, Conveyancer

Rebecca Trembath has been licensed as a Conveyancer since 2001 and has been practising in property since 1995. Having worked previously in several Sydney CBD law firms as well as the Lower North Shore, Rebecca returned to the Northern Beaches in 2014.

Rebecca’s expertise and scope spans all areas of conveyancing including; off the plan contracts, residential property and business sales and purchases, aged care contracts, retail and commercial leasing, put and call option agreements, drafting of by-laws, company title transactions and most real estate related property transactions.

Rebecca shows a commitment to delivering attentive and personalised service, where clients can expect their conveyancing process is streamlined and is as smooth as possible from pre contractual negotiations to settlement.

Located in the Chedid Storey Legal Northern Beaches office, Rebecca is a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC), is Electronic Conveyancing Accredited and has an Associate Diploma in Management.
