Jack Nairn – Associate

Jack Nairn is an Associate at Chedid Storey Legal with a special interest in commercial litigation and employment matters, and frequently advises clients with respect to employment contracts, general protections, dismissals, redundancies, and restraints of trade.

In his role, Jack conducts initial discussions with clients, prepares and confirms evidence, and liaises with barristers and other solicitors on matters. As an accomplished Solicitor, he has independently handled matters in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court.

He is also responsible for providing assistance to the firms’ other solicitors and partner with complex litigation matters and drafting letters of advice in commercial matters.

Jack is a deep and analytical thinker, who builds trust with his clients by always showing a genuine empathy for clients, while developing a thorough understanding of the issues they are facing. Jack likes to think two steps ahead, to help clients understand issues they may not have considered, and to help them look beyond immediate results in favour of a long-term plan with a better outcome.

Located in the Chedid Storey Legal North Sydney office, Jack also enjoys the lifestyle the area has to offer, spending time outdoors and swimming.
